Yuzen Washi Japanese Sweets Ballpoint Pen
Studio Humming BirdDescription
New Year's Japanese Sweets Collection
We have gathered traditional Japanese sweets to celebrate the New Year.
This work combines a ballpoint pen finished with Kyoto Yuzen Washi paper and Japanese traditional sweets miniatures, crafted with skilled techniques.
The nerikiri (sweet bean paste) includes plum, pine, and winter camellia designs, alongside a crane-shaped manju and zenzai (sweet red bean soup) with round mochi. The colors evoke the festive and celebratory spirit of the New Year.
As part of the "Stationery that Makes Work Fun" series, this pen is perfect for year-end and New Year’s greetings, or as a gift to show appreciation to someone special.
Each item is handmade, so no two are exactly alike, and there may be slight variations from the photos.
Each pen is made with great care, but if you are seeking the strength and quality of mass-produced products, please refrain from purchasing. All polymer clay parts are intricately hand-sculpted, so no two items are exactly the same.
Additionally, in less visible areas, there may be small scratches, uneven paint, or slight glue or resin overflow due to the crafting process to enhance durability. We carefully inspect all visible imperfections before shipping, but if these details are a concern, please reconsider.
Colors may appear different depending on how the photos were taken. Please understand that each item is handmade and may vary slightly.
